Cuscinée. Cookery school.
To add to the culture of bon vivre at Cascina Canée, the Cuscinée cooking school offers courses for those who want to learn the art of good food, to experiment and have fun. The goal is to work together to create dishes that can then be easily reproduced at home, paying particular attention to the choice of ingredients, preparation techniques and presentation. Depending on the time of year, in addition to the great classics, recipes will be offered that use seasonal ingredients. At the end of the lesson, a shared meal provides an opportunity to taste the dishes prepared during the classes.
The courses will be held in Italian or English, depending on the composition of the group of participants.
